Mr. Devarsh Mukarji is an amazing trainer with abundant knowledge. his explanation of the concept with realistic examples has given a type of practical experience while listening to the class. Surbhi.. is an outstanding personality in the sense of supporting the students and the way of responds is Amazing in case of any query, I felt lucky that I met her and i am under her umbrella, because being a student i asked many queries but she never loses her patience even i asked the same question many times. In one word she is the most value-added personality for IMC. Thank you, Surabhi. The Service Team's response time is good.

The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered. This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion.
