I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. Highly Recommended. Mr. Fasih the counsellor was really amazing throughout the process he really helped in each stage of the process and helped where ever I had difficulty. He is really a must. Kudos to the IMC team for such an amazing course, this really helped me not only to learn more about Quality but also to improve my Mind Quality as well by changing the way I viewed subjects and objects and how I can increase the quality and or performance in those.
