Trainer is highly knowledgeable and the way of dissecting information through his experiences in the industry and the the way he conveyed these to us was excellent. All per-enrollment questions were answered properly and on time, which really helped in deciding to enroll.

Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan was very supportive and helpful as she always take feedback, cleared all queries and explained in such a way which make me understand better. Thank you to the team IMC Institute, the team is very supportive and always responds to queries in a good manner.

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. All the members of the team Ms. Frixie, Ms. Zainab.. are very swift in response and take extra steps to support. Will definitely recommend IMC to the known and will join for more courses in future. Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
