The training is very convenient and learned a lot from the pre-recorded classes. it is easy to understand and the materials on screen are informative. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy.
