The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

Have had a great, professional and knowledgeable experience completing the LSSGB - Six Sigma Green Belt at IMC, therefore, I’ve decided to proceed forward to obtain the CLSSBB - Black Belt as well. Dr. Mohammad Said was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to access.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
