Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class.
