I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.
