Mr. Sashi is a very professional trainer. He has a lot of patience in explaining every detail of the answers to the questions of each student even if it will spend more time in one particular topic. I truly admire his knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Michelle is very active, hardworking, and a 24/7 support. I wonder how she manages all students query. You are amazing. I am thankful for the entire IMC team. You're institution is highly commendable for LSS education and training. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Rohit was able to explain the concepts in an understandable manner. The customer support team was very responsive and was able to provide the training materials that I need.

Topics and examples were very informative that can apply to different type of organization. She was coordinated and very responsive counsellor. I'm still grateful to IMC Team, they were very responsive and helpful.

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.
