I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. I can never thank you enough the service team for their passion to help us become more equipped and tailored to our leadership roles and to the career growth we've set ahead of us. The is flexible and it allows me to easily fit the training on my daily schedule and changes in work demand. The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. Ms. Zeba is very accommodating and responds quickly to all my inquiries despite the time zone difference. She makes sure that all the support needed to finish the program is provided.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Mr. Lislal is very knowledgeable in the subject area and also accommodating to queries and clarifications. Ms. Rose, is easy to communicate with and very attentive to my concerns. The Service Team is good.

The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.
