I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. I really appreciate her efforts in completing my course. Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

The Program is wonderfully designed. Mr. Shashi is an outstanding trainer in his field and his subject knowledge is deep and his keenness to clarify all the doubts of the attendees is simply awesome. Very Supportive and exceptional! Real talent and an example of how to be a great mentor in terms of all the stages of the program and give the right directions to fulfil the program successfully.

It was really good training. The way trainer make us understand the concept is very appreciable. Nanka is very helpful and solves every query I have for her. I the way she is performing her responsibilities. The work of Soumya and the Service team is also satisfactory.
