Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

The program was great and very helpful especially for me who is working on an engineering industry. Aside from my career advancement, the program helped me nurture my managerial and leadership abilities. Furthermore, it is very useful in improving our company's business process and sustaining quality improvement. Lastly, our trainer, Mr. Shashi is very accommodating and brilliant.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. Mr. Pankaj was really a fantastic trainer. His approaches to clear individual’s doubt is amazing. Sampadha was extremely co-operative always.
