The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all of the hard work Rajeev does as a student counsellor and your guidance and support during my recent academic struggles were instrumental in helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. The training course was so flexible that I can finish the tutorial at my own pace. The modules are comprehensive and easy to understand. The instructor knew what she was teaching and during the lecture, she gave us some real-world problems related to Lean Six Sigma. Hopefully, I can contribute to optimizing the operation of my work with LSS.
