The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

The training is very convenient and learned a lot from the pre-recorded classes. it is easy to understand and the materials on screen are informative. The customer support time is very hands-on and responds in a timely manner on WhatsApp. Special mention to Kritika Yadav for accommodating all my queries and concerns.

The Program is wonderfully designed. Mr. Shashi is an outstanding trainer in his field and his subject knowledge is deep and his keenness to clarify all the doubts of the attendees is simply awesome. Very Supportive and exceptional! Real talent and an example of how to be a great mentor in terms of all the stages of the program and give the right directions to fulfil the program successfully.

I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.
