The program is great. I learned a lot and a good refresher for the LSS concept since my training for GB was 10 years ago. Rose is very helpful and always available to answer my questions.

Trainer were very great and Knowledgeable. Surbhi was a great assistance to me. she worked with me , eventhough she know I am having difficulty in Financing my study in IMC , but she work with me. Assist me farther beyond. To the Service Team, they understand my struggles but they see my tenacity to get that education I needed for my work.

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future.
