I cannot thank you enough for the suggested reading and for thought provoking sessions. Aliya my counsellor was very welcoming and understanding. She did a great job of creating that space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field.
