I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The knowledge and the techniques presented during the training sessions are excellent. The trainer will not leave any questions unanswered. Very supportive. Thank you! For Ms. Rose, I really appreciated how you communicate to keep me up to date about what I need or any help you can provide me during my learning and certification days. Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. I feel going beyond certification and inducing interest for the subject in us is his greatest achievement. May God empower him to continue this and help as many as me. Overall course was great and an excellent trainer. Ms. Soumya Verma contribute a lot to my success in passing all of my six sigma courses. She helped me with everything I need all throughout my course duration and she quickly answered all of my inquiries. Looking forward to learning more courses under IMC. I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. Very informative and interactive training; placed emphasis on how to use concepts on real life examples. Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. Helpful and mindful of the time and availability of the participant. very responsive and always ready to help out the participants.

Zeba became my sole point of contact on this endeavor. She has been very helpful to me and have adjusted so much just to help me take this certification. The program is great and I have the liberty to study any time in my busy schedule. Zeba is very commendable and excellent customer advocate.
