The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end. The whole course content has really enhanced our approach to problem identifying, analyzing the cause and finding a solution apt for it.
