The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. Ms. Rose provides great learner/customer help from the start until I've completed the course. Whenever I have concerns or issues raised through email, the Service Team made sure to resolve it BEFORE the expected delivery time. Something that should be appreciated. Also, they made sure that we’re reminded with the schedules by providing us with the meeting details or reminders every day.

The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!

Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed.
