Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.

Trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is very humble, Knowledgeable and helpful. Program is well designed and organized. If you add one project in it then it will be more effective. Counsellor is more like a friend. She always responds very quickly and effectively. She is very clear about her job and knowledge.

The program was very informative and the learning package was complete. Rose Ann De Luna was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the matter. A very responsive counselor indeed. To the Service Team, thank you for a very informative learning package.

I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. Program was very well designed for all hierarchies whether it's a fresher, intermediate or an expert. Ms. Akhter is a wonderful trainer. She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. Ms. Vanshika was always there to clear my concerns and assisted me throughout the course journey. Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me.
