Overall, I found the program to be highly informative and beneficial to my professional development. The program's content was comprehensive and covered all the essential aspects of ISO 9001:2015. The material was well-structured, and the modules were logically organized, making it easy to follow the flow of information. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

The trainer discussed very well about Lean Six Sigma and this program is very useful for improvement. Ms. Michelle is approachable and very responsive. Service Team they are very responsive by taking immediate action to my inquiries.
