The program was enriching. The trainer Mr. Debasish Mukherjee makes things easier, and the discussions are engaging. Ms. Vaibhavi is accommodating. Ms. Frixie was responsive and very helpful.

The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!
