Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.

Thank you for a great course. Shashi Sir's teaching was great. He provided opportunities to ask questions and made a really enjoyable and informative course. This was more than my expectations. It is wonderful Learning Lean Six Sigma with a highly professional person. Mr. Ehtesham Ahmad is one is the reason for joining IMC, he explains to me the details of the SIX SIGMA course and the benefits of the certificate. I thank him for showing me the correct path where I learnt better knowledge with the most Experience trainers. I owe my gratitude to the Service Team for providing me with the recorded videos.

Mr. Shashi Prakash, He is an excellent presenter and have a very good command on the subject. Mr. Malik Ayyaz, A good and humble person always willing to help and guide regardless of time. Miss Zainab, Miss Tehniyat Ali Samoo, a very good and effective team, committed to provide excellent services. Specially Miss Zainab, she helped a lot regarding my certification process.

My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. Ms. Rose and Ms. Michelle have been both very helpful, respectful, and kind despite my consistent queries, frequent clarifications, and requests for assistance. Everyone was so helpful, services were efficient. The service Team tried their best to bridge the distance in terms of geography and in terms of online learning. good job IMC!
