The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor.
