Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC.
