Mr. Shashi Prakash is well-versed in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma. It is a good learning experience with his different method of teaching which makes you understand all concepts in easy manner, which I have never seen in my professional career.

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan was very supportive and helpful as she always take feedback, cleared all queries and explained in such a way which make me understand better. Passion and enthusiasm in sharing knowledge was exceptional, included real-life scenarios which can be easily related to. Professional, patient and respectful. The lesson is very enlightening, the reviewers given and study materials provided are very well use. The Program is well packed with lessons which are very understandable. While the trainer is very good in making examples and explaining the key points of each lesson of the program. Rose is very approachable, I easily get responses from her every time there's something that I need to inquire for. The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.

The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me.
