This program is great and I got a lot of knowledge and experience. Mr. Shashi's delivery method and content of the lesson is interesting, the level and depth of information is very good. Thank you. It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution.
