The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

Dr. Said is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how present the coerce his lessons were engaging and useful, and he was very patient with everyone. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data.
