Mr.Shashi Prakash Sir is one of the best mentors I have ever had. His teachings are clear, crisp and to the point. Ms.Soumya Verma is indeed a wonderful Counsellor with perfect co-operation and follow-ups. Always lending her helping hand. Service team did a great job updating all essentials related to courses in a timely manner.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. It is very easy for me to understand all the topics.

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and Trainer program that I recently completed. Overall, I found the program to be highly informative and beneficial to my professional development. The program's content was comprehensive and covered all the essential aspects of ISO 9001:2015. The material was well-structured, and the modules were logically organized, making it easy to follow the flow of information. I want to start by saying that I appreciate the support and guidance I've received from you. Miss Leena Ansari gives all support where i need, very cooperative very impressive and very helpful. Thankyou The service team members I interacted with were polite and professional, which I greatly appreciate,Overall, I appreciate your efforts.

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.
