Overall experience with the training was good, but I wish the content was more detailed for naive students like me. The support was very good. Highly appreciated.

This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.
