After I got a Yellow Belt certification, I decided to continue my Six Sigma journey because I believe that it will be very helpful in my role in our Technology department and organization as a whole. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC.
