I would recommend the course as it provides good learnings on how to manage projects efficiently and gives simple yet powerful rules applicable to life. The workshop is practical and informative. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality.
