A very good & knowledgeable Program was initiated by IMC and Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his valuable knowledge with us. During this six sigma black belt Master class, I have learned a lot about business related problem solving methods with specified analysis statically. Mr. Shashi gave a perfect explanation with simple examples which was very easily understandable. He answered all the questions asked by the audience during the session. His way of training was very good and easily understandable. Miss Surbhi is very helpful and cooperative. Excellent Service Team.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students.
