The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.

It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Sashi as an excellent trainer. When answering the questions of each student, he is very patient in explaining every detail of the answer, even if it means spending more time on a specific topic. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. The training program was scheduled and conducted seamlessly. The trainer was up to Mark and was able to answer all the queries that were raised. A good job is done and I am impressed with the way it was dealt with. The service team is very well organized. Amazing work done.
