The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Six Sigma Master Class program by IMC proved to be very helpful for me in grasping a strong understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Book of Knowledge and Ms. Akhtar was phenomenal in her delivery of the course content. After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program.
