8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. The program is excellent for those executives with technical background who want to keep updated with the high level decision making tools to propel the basis. The program supports executives who practice lean philosophy in management and continuous improvement strategies. Rose, my counsellor was accommodating. The service team was quick to respond to my inquiry. I was satisfied and looking for more trainings with team facilitating.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
