The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

Mr. Sashi was a great teacher and lead the entire training program very well. He was prompt to solve all the queries without any hesitation or annoyance. The clarity of subject matter and the problem solving skills are exceptional. Zeba has always been a great point of contact, helping and assisting the way out regarding everything and anything. She has been always available and has always gone out of the way to help.

Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI. Furthermore, I would like to say thank you to our facilitator/ trainer Mr. Fasi Haider for sharing with us his professional as well as personal experience in project management. Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very approachable and supportive, which created a comfortable learning environment. I would definitely attend another program with this trainer. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. Her guidance helped me navigate through a challenging program, and I was able to achieve my goals with her support. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries.
