Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it. The Service team was very supportive in reminding us of the classes before hand and also in sharing the required notes in the group. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
