When answering the questions of each student, he is very patient in explaining every detail of the answer, even if it means spending more time on a specific topic. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. As a professional, I have found Ms. Shurbi to be a very active, hardworking, and supportive individual. She helped ensure that my journey through the program, from enrollment to certification, was hassle-free. An excellent recommendation. IMC's service team performs an excellent job in providing such a valuable and effective service. It demonstrated the team's ability to work together and communicate effectively with one another. Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The program is good and the trainers really share their knowledge I'm very much happy about this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. My counselor Ayisha was very much accommodating whenever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.
