The virtual recording by Mr Shashi Prakash was excellent. I did not feel sleepy for the course of 3 hours and was very much. Zeba is helpful from the start and was very accommodating to my complex schedule. The service Team responds immediately.

Zeba became my sole point of contact on this endeavor. She has been very helpful to me and have adjusted so much just to help me take this certification. The program is great and I have the liberty to study any time in my busy schedule. Zeba is very commendable and excellent customer advocate.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified course was really interesting and insightful. The trainer's communication was excellent he has clarified all the doubts and explained the concepts well. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.
