The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy. Assurance to ask any doubts after training classes. Very micro briefing about the examination. Very relevant. I hope this will help me to improve my personal development.

The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
