The program was a Very Good one. I really enjoyed the knowledge I had. It's for sure an added value after my years of experience and qualifications. It makes a difference. Mr. Shahshi Prakash is the Best, A very committed trainer, We had all sessions always on time. The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Mr. Shashi is very flexible; he always makes sure that I understand each and every topic perfectly and practically, so with no doubt, I can utilize what I have learned immediately once back to work! Mr. Viplav is very helpful, very patient and always available to answer my questions. I had different offers from other centres but because of the way he handled it with me, I decided to go with IMC only. The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.

All the other staff I have encountered have been kind, discreet and sensitive. I found the appointments lady very helpful and reassuring when I first made contact. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.

Mr Shasi is a good trainer and explore his practical approach while giving training. Mr. Gaurav is a good supporter of resolving any type of query. Soumya gave overall good support.
