Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. Always approachable and helped me in each stages of the process until course completion. Highly recommend her hard-work and passion towards serving trainees. The way they were interacting with the students, the way of teaching, making the learning so interesting and explaining everything was excellent. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. As a professional, I have found Ms. Shurbi to be a very active, hardworking, and supportive individual. She helped ensure that my journey through the program, from enrollment to certification, was hassle-free. An excellent recommendation. Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.
