Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion much more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

I attend training session of both instructor Mr. Sashi and Mr. Debasis. Both instructors explanations with examples really awesome. Ms. Priyanka is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with their clients. Great support by Mr. Suryansh, which is very important to businesses these days.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course.
