I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Rohit was able to explain the concepts in an understandable manner. The customer support team was very responsive and was able to provide the training materials that I need.

The modules are very accessible and easy to understand specially in my case that I had tons of Medical issues (being positive with Covid) and yet I was still able to access and review the lessons provided.
