The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. Mr. Shashi is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel comfortable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
