Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. The IMC service team is exceptional in its operations and service provisions. It is a welcoming centre of excellence, easy to refer colleagues to acquire excellence training.

The learning experience with Mr. Lislal was extremely fruitful and revealing due to his professionalism. His explanation of all concepts was clear and concise with apt industry examples to clarify any doubts. There is no doubt that Surbhi is extremely responsive, accommodating, and provides requests on time in a professional manner. As far as the service team is concerned, they have been responding to the concerns in a timely manner.

I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. I also would like to commend Michelle, she assisted in all of my classes, very patient and dedicated. Kudos to both of you, Rose and Michelle! Cheers!

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.
