The Six Sigma Master Class program by IMC proved to be very helpful for me in grasping a strong understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Book of Knowledge and Ms. Akhtar was phenomenal in her delivery of the course content. After completing the course, I feel fully equipped to handle Six Sigma Projects. Ms. Aliya has been very helpful in communicating timelines, course critical information and planning towards the successful completion of the program. The IMC service team is well-managed and very professional in their dealings.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
