Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The Program is wonderfully designed. Mr. Shashi is an outstanding trainer in his field and his subject knowledge is deep and his keenness to clarify all the doubts of the attendees is simply awesome.
