Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor. She guided me always and ask about whether I am enjoying the course and understanding it properly. She is an amazing human and too professional. Though I have not interacted a lot they are the best.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute Mr. Shashi is the master and he is know how to deliver the thing fluently. Frixie Ana Claudia Credo and Zainab are very cooperative and helped and guided me in every phase of the course.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. The hours I’ve spent working with Ma'am Akhter have been the most valuable of my life. & now I feel equipped to do things differently. It’s been the most liberating and empowering experience and I’ve learnt things that will stay with me forever. Thanks, A fantastic organization! The program is well organized and so insightful considering the practical discussions other than the theoretical side of it.
