CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end.
